Terms & conditions
These terms form the contract between the customer and the seller identified in Contacts. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, total price and these terms.
Digital products
Each product is a digital city guide supplied in the format stated on its product page, together with access to saved map locations where listed. A compatible PDF reader, internet access and a supported maps service may be required. No physical item is shipped.
Orders, prices and taxes
The final total, currency, applicable VAT, GST or sales tax, and available payment methods will be shown before the customer submits an order with an obligation to pay. An order is accepted only after successful payment and an order confirmation. Pricing errors may be corrected before acceptance; no extra charge will be made without consent.
Delivery
The guide is delivered electronically to the email address supplied at checkout or through an access link immediately after successful payment unless the product page states otherwise. The confirmation will include the order details and a durable copy or link to the applicable terms. You are responsible for entering a valid email address and keeping the access link secure.
Consumer cancellation and refunds
Customers retain all mandatory consumer rights. For customers with a statutory withdrawal right, immediate digital delivery begins only after express consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins. Full rules and technical-fault remedies are set out in the Refund & cancellation policy.
Personal licence and copyright
A completed purchase grants one customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use. Copying for others, publishing, reselling, sublicensing, extracting the map collection or distributing any substantial part of a guide is prohibited. All other rights remain reserved.
Accuracy and third-party services
Cities change. Opening hours, prices, visa rules, transport and safety information can become outdated, so time-sensitive details must be checked with the relevant venue or authority. Maps, booking providers and external links are operated under their own terms. A guide is editorial travel information, not legal, medical or safety advice.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits statutory rights relating to faulty digital content. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or unforeseeable loss and loss caused by a third-party service are excluded. The seller remains responsible for supplying digital content that conforms to the contract.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Mandatory protections of the customer's country of residence continue to apply where they cannot be waived. Questions, complaints and notices may be sent using the details on the Contacts page.
