Refunds & cancellations
Before digital delivery begins
If mandatory law gives you a cooling-off or withdrawal period, you may cancel within that period until supply of the digital content begins. In the European Economic Area and United Kingdom this is generally 14 days, subject to the rules below.
Immediate digital delivery
At checkout you may expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory withdrawal right is lost once digital supply begins. If valid consent and acknowledgement are given and access is then supplied, a change-of-mind refund is not available. The order confirmation will record that consent. This does not remove rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content.
Technical faults and non-delivery
Contact support if the guide is not delivered, the link fails, the file is materially corrupted, or the content is not as described. We will first provide a working replacement or restore access within a reasonable time. Where the problem cannot be corrected, or applicable law requires it, an appropriate price reduction or refund will be provided.
Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Duplicate payments and verified unauthorised charges will be investigated and refunded where appropriate. Do not initiate multiple payment attempts while a transaction is still processing.
How to request help or a refund
Use the contact method on the Contacts page and include the order email, order number, purchase date and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
